1.Reservation & Booking

Any changes must be promptly informed to TREM Bali. Otherwise, full payment will be charged as per the original booking confirmation.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
2.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival (starting from 12:00 WITA) without prior notice will be subject to a 50% charge.
No-shows without any confirmation will be charged 100% of the total cost.
If cancellation occurs due to natural factors such as bad weather, the schedule may be rescheduled or refunded.
3.Participant Age & Health Requirements
Minimum participant age: 10 years old, maximum: 70 years old.
Pregnant women and participants with a history of heart disease, asthma, or special medical conditions are not allowed to join the activity.
4.Rafting Activity
Minimum booking: 4 persons.
Maximum capacity: 4 persons per boat + 1 guide.
If only 2 persons are booked, the price will still be calculated as for 4 persons.
If rafting is canceled due to natural factors, the schedule can be rescheduled or refunded.
Medical insurance is only valid for participants aged 6 to 70 years old, and does not cover guests with pre-existing medical conditions.
5.Transportation
Free hotel pick-up and drop-off is available for the Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, and Nusa Dua areas.
Areas outside these zones will be charged an additional IDR 300,000 per car.
6.Personal Belongings
TREM Bali is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to: cameras, watches, mobile phones, jewelry, wallets, cash, bags, shoes, clothing, and others.
7.Force Majeure
TREM Bali shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as: war, strikes, riots, volcanic eruptions, floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, storms, tsunamis, or new government regulations and policies.
8.Voucher Terms
Vouchers are only valid on the date stated.
PT. Tri Emas Manunggal reserves the right to charge additional fees for products or services not included in the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for other products or services without written approval from TREM Bali.
Vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded.
